Airwayz, a tech company specializing in low-altitude airspace management, is among those innovating in this arena. Shai Kurianski, the company’s CTO, stresses the urgent need to enhance early warning systems for soldiers, dramatically improving their chances of survival in drone encounters.

As these negotiations and technological developments unfold, Israeli officials and defense experts acknowledge the urgency of the situation. Despite prior warnings from Ukraine about the potential dangers of fiber-optic drones, it appears that Israeli leadership underestimated the threat.
