UAE Weather Update: Humidity Decreases to 85% While Dubai’s Temperatures Remain Steady at 43°C

The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has predicted a steady decline in humidity levels through Wednesday, presenting excellent conditions for beach outings across the UAE in the evenings. As temperatures remain consistently warm, residents can look forward to pleasant evenings by the sea.

Temperature Overview Across the UAE

Today, the UAE is experiencing temperatures in the low 40s Celsius, with a forecast indicating fair to partly cloudy weather. Coastal areas, including islands, are expected to see temperatures ranging from 39°C to 44°C, while the internal regions will be slightly hotter, reaching between 41°C and 45°C. Major cities such as Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah are anticipated to reach 43°C. In contrast, Umm Al Quwain may peak at 41°C and Ajman at 40°C, with Fujairah standing out as the cooler location at just 36°C.

Despite the recent spike in humidity, which has led to fog and mist in several coastal and inland areas, the NCM projects a gradual decrease in humidity starting today and continuing through midweek. This evening, relative humidity levels are expected to peak at around 85% in coastal zones and about 70% in inner regions, a significant drop from previous levels of 90%.

Ideal Beach Conditions

In addition to the pleasant drop in humidity, calm sea conditions are anticipated in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman today. Residents and visitors can expect gentle waves measuring up to two feet near the shore and three feet offshore. These conditions make it an ideal time for beach activities, especially in the evenings when the temperatures slightly drop, enhancing the outdoor experience.

To help locals and tourists prepare for the day, here’s an overview of the predicted minimum and maximum temperatures across various Emirates:

Maximum Temp (°C) – Minimum Temp (°C)
Dubai: 43°C – 33°C
Abu Dhabi: 43°C – 33°C
