When asked why Sweden sponsors the Techne Summit, he explained that, despite its small population and limited natural resources, Sweden’s primary asset is its people. In an exciting development for travel relations, the ambassador was pleased to announce EgyptAir’s resumption of direct flights to Stockholm, starting December 18, with four weekly flights. He also revealed plans by H&M to expand its sourcing operations in Egypt, which signifies ongoing economic ties between the two nations.
