A high-ranking delegation from the Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS) recently traveled to Syria to formalize a cooperation agreement with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Society (SARCS) and inaugurate a new QRCS office in Damascus. This collaboration aims to enhance humanitarian efforts and expand relief and development initiatives within Syria, building on previous activities managed by QRCS’s office in Türkiye.

They were warmly welcomed at the SARCS headquarters by Dr. Mohamed Hazem Baqleh, the president of SARCS, along with other senior officials.
