The MoU, officially signed by Guyana’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hugh Hilton Todd, and Qatar’s Minister of Municipality, Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, is designed to foster collaboration in utilizing modern agricultural technologies.
