The Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) recently collaborated with the Union of African State Councils and Supreme Administrative Courts to sign a memorandum of understanding. The signing ceremony took place at the historic Princess Fawkia Palace, the official headquarters of the Egyptian State Council. Dignitaries present included Badr Abdelatty, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptian Expatriates, as well as Counsellor Mahmoud Ibrahim Abou El-Dahab, the President of the State Council. During his address, Abdelatty emphasized that the agreement signifies Egypt’s unwavering dedication to enhancing collective African efforts.
