The Health Ministry in Gaza has reported a tragic spike in fatalities and injuries, compounded by victims being trapped under collapsed structures. Recent Attacks and Casualties
In a recent strike, an Israeli drone targeted a medical warehouse situated within the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital compound in central Gaza, resulting in injuries to multiple individuals. Reports from hospital officials confirm that three people were harmed in this attack. The Israeli military asserted that their strike was aimed at a Hamas commander, but they provided no evidence to support this claim.
Moreover, separate incidents in Gaza City have intensified the suffering. A drone attack in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood resulted in at least one fatality and two injuries. Victims were subsequently transported to al-Quds Field Hospital for treatment. Additionally, around 18 people have sustained injuries during this period.
Tragically, numerous victims remain trapped under the rubble of demolished buildings or stranded on roads that are currently inaccessible to emergency services. Since the re-ignition of hostilities in October last year, the Health Ministry estimates that around 1,313 Palestinians have lost their lives due to Israeli strikes.
