Doha, Qatar: Cityscape Qatar is set to make its grand return to the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC) from October 27–29, 2026. Building on the success of its 2025 edition, which witnessed over QR500 million in deals, this prestigious property and investment exhibition will showcase more than 400 active projects, offering a wealth of opportunities for homebuyers and investors alike.

Exploring Diverse Opportunities

This three-day event will allow attendees to delve into both Qatari and international real estate developments. Participants can easily compare various projects side by side and meet with the teams responsible for bringing these opportunities to life. Alexander Heuff, Group Director of Cityscape, expressed enthusiasm about the revival of the event: “Cityscape Qatar returns in 2026 with real momentum behind it.” The evident demand from the 2025 audience highlights the growing interest in Qatar’s dynamic property market, underscoring the ongoing trends of selectivity among buyers and investors seeking long-term commitments.

Facilitating Meaningful Investments

For the 2026 edition, the focus will be on converting interest into actionable outcomes. Attendees will be provided with extensive project data, direct access to development teams, and enhanced insights into Qatar’s ever-evolving real estate landscape through the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum. This year, success will not merely be gauged by attendance numbers; rather, it will be defined by tangible outcomes—including property acquisitions, partnerships, and sustainable investment strategies ignited during the event.

A Tailored Experience for Visitors

The theme for this year’s exhibition, “Where Vision Meets Investment,” highlights a more customized approach, integrating practical advice and relevant project recommendations. Visitors will have opportunities for direct meetings, ensuring they can focus on investments that align best with their individual goals and objectives. Cityscape Qatar, coupled with the Real Estate Forum, aims to connect various stakeholders—from government officials and developers to investors—creating a unified dialogue about the trends and forces shaping Qatar’s real estate market.

High Expectations for Participation

The feedback from the previous event indicates robust interest in returning. An impressive 94% of attendees indicated they would likely participate again in 2026, while 98% deemed Cityscape Qatar essential for their business operations. With expectations set to draw around 16,000 visitors, the event will feature over 70 reputable developers, more than 100 industry leaders and guest speakers, and over 200 government representatives and VIPs.

As Cityscape Qatar gears up for this exciting showcase, the anticipation for fruitful interactions, strategic partnerships, and meaningful investments continues to build. With its rich offerings and a platform for essential discussions, the event stands poised to play a pivotal role in the development of Qatar’s real estate sector.
