Achimugu reassured the family that the airline had verified these details, stating, “I have confirmed, via the airline, that CCTV shows your sister arrived safely, picked her bags, and exited the terminal.”

He noted that all Qatar visa bookings must coincide with hotel reservations, which makes it easier to track guests. Achimugu elaborated on the nature of the checks, emphasizing, “In some cases, passengers arrive at the hotel booked, and then leave quietly.”
